We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Customer Care Administrator to join our existing Customer Experience team at Manthorpe Building Products in Ripley.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00pm – with one day being dedicated to your apprenticeship framework.

Key Accountabilities:
Together with Derby College you will over a two year period follow an apprenticeship framework working towards an NVQ2/NVQ3 in Business Administration. You will gain all of those skill necessary to competently carry out a professional customer care experience for your external sales colleagues and our customers by providing general administration support.

- Understand the importance of attention to detail to achieve customer satisfaction
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Be enthusiastic and reliable

- Have a 'can do' approach and accept responsibility

Qualifications:
- 5 GCSE grades C or above or suitable equivalent
