RBC - include swift brick to 50% new builds

Manthorpe Building Products are delighted to hear that Rushcliffe Borough Council have passed a motion to ensure that 50% of homes in new development across the Borough will now include the 'Swift Brick' to encourage endangered birds such as swifts to nest in new communities.  Manthorpe have been working with several housing groups such as Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes, Stonebond, Cala Homes, Persimmon Homes and Munkbridge Homes.  Our strong association with the RSPB, Action for Swifts have helped raise the profile of this product.
